What is a pre-order?
Pre ordering reserves your LiftingLab piece before production begins. Once the pre-order window closes, we manufacture strictly based on orders placed — no extras and no restocks.
This allows us to maintain quality, limit waste, and keep each drop exclusive.
When will I receive my order?
All items are made to order.
Orders are dispatched 4–8 weeks after the pre-order window closes.
You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Can I cancel or change my order after purchase?
All sales are final.
As each item is produced specifically for you, we’re unable to accept cancellations or changes once an order is placed.
Can I return or exchange my item?
Because LiftingLab products are made-to-order, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
Will these items restock?
Each LiftingLab drop is extremely limited — and most will never return. If a piece gets overwhelming demand, we might consider bringing it back in a future collection, but there are no guarantees. If you want it, now’s the time to lock it in.
How can I track my order?
When your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking link. If it’s been more than 8 weeks and you haven’t received tracking, reach out via our Contact Page.
