What is a preorder?

Preordering means you’re reserving a LiftingLab piece before it’s officially produced. Once the preorder window closes, we begin manufacturing based on orders — no extras, no restocks potentially. The Deadline will be a bit longer however you will be notified after every step, we will ensure you do not lose track of your order at any point.

When will I receive my order?

All items are made-to-order. Orders will ship within 4–8 weeks after the preorder window closes. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.

Can I cancel or change my order after purchase?

All sales are final. We do not accept cancellations or changes after an order is placed, since each item is produced specifically for you. 

Can I return or exchange my item?

Because LiftingLab products are made-to-order, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

What if I ordered the wrong size?

Check our Size Guide before placing your order. If you’re between sizes or unsure, we recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit. Keep in mind, LiftingLab pieces are a baggy oversized fit. 

Will these items restock?

Each LiftingLab drop is extremely limited — and most will never return. If a piece gets overwhelming demand, we might consider bringing it back in a future collection, but there are no guarantees. If you want it, now’s the time to lock it in.

How can I track my order?

When your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking link. If it’s been more than 8 weeks and you haven’t received tracking, reach out via our Contact Page.
