Return Policy

At LiftingLab, we carefully make each item after it’s ordered. Every piece is checked for quality and packed with care. Because our drops are limited and each order is special, we don’t accept returns or swaps unless your item arrives damaged.

 

Damaged Items Only

 

If the goods inside your package arrive visibly damaged (e.g. torn, stained, or manufacturing defect), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To initiate a return for damaged items, you must provide:

 

Clear images of the damaged product(s)

 

Your order number

 

A brief description of the issue

 

Once we assess and approve your claim, we’ll arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution at no extra cost to you.

 

Sizing & Selection Responsibility

 

All sizing charts are clearly displayed on our product pages to assist you in making the correct choice. We do not accept returns or offer exchanges for incorrect size selections, as we provide full transparency and guidance prior to purchase.

 

Please double-check measurements before placing your order — once your order is confirmed, it is final.
